  • Tyre pressure monitoring and maintenance to prevent flat spotting.
  • Exterior car cleaning prior to pickup (upon request).

10. When can I access my car?

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for retrieving your vehicle from storage. Our team will have the car ready and waiting for you at the designated collection bay at the scheduled pickup time.

11. Out of hours collection

This service is available complimentary to Premium Storage clients, subject to the provisions outlined in our Storage Terms and Conditions.

      12. Will anyone else drive my car?

      As a standard practice, we do not move or start your vehicle without your explicit permission. However, please note that our staff may need to move your car to a different spot within our facility or in case of an emergency. Rest assured that we will always take the utmost care in handling your vehicle and will keep detailed records of odometer readings throughout its stay.

      13. Can I leave my dashcam on while my car is stored at Motorvault facility?

      No, we will turn off the dashcam for privacy and security reasons.
